1) Firstly, make a list of the healthy habits you would like to develop, and prioritize them according to your needs. 2) Pick one healthy habit from this list every 30 days and practice it for at least a week before moving on to another one. 3) In order for these habits to become part of your routine identify two times per day when you would not be interrupted by phone calls or other potential distractions. This can be the morning and afternoon. 3) By practicing these healthy habits you will unleash a huge amount of energy to accomplish your goals and create good habits that will help you achieve the highest level of cognitive function and productivity.

If you struggle to identify healthy habits, here are some recommended ones in order to stay healthy, productive and focused while juggling multiple tasks:

1) Wake up at the same time every day regardless if it’s a weekday or weekend. That way you will have more energy throughout the day without needing to take naps, which are bad for your health in general! Even better, wake up at least 20 minutes earlier than you usually do and go out for a brisk morning walk. You will feel more energized from the very beginning of your day!
